Rosario Libraro

Rosario Libraro is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-Founder of Proxy. Under Rosario’s guidance, Proxy has become a leading supplier of products and services to global service providers and operators. Rosario has 30 years of technical and management experience in telecommunications and has deep knowledge of the European market.
 
 

Eugenio Libraro

Eugenio Libraro is Proxy’s President.
Over 30 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in the Telecommunications and ICT market.
Knowledge of Telco’s and Enterprise market, national and international relationship network in ICT .
Management experience at large corporations and small start-up companies, both in the U.S and Europe, including Digital E., Telecom Italia, Juniper Networks, and F5 Networks,
Motivational and direct management style, with record of building teams & revenue growth.
Well respected and well known in the business community by both Clients and Competitors. Ethical and diplomatic, and able to drive and achieve new initiatives and innovative business approaches to overcome market challenges. University Degree in Science & Economics.

Raffaele Libraro

Raffaele Libraro is the General Manager of Proxy. He has 35 years’ experience in Information & Telecommunication Technology and has a deep understanding of telecommunications and enterprise networking. Raffaele worked for Olivetti for 18 years, and more recently as Senior Manager of Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Italia, where he was responsible for Network Infrastructure Solutions and for product management, promotion and sales relationships with prestigious commercial partners.

Anna Duce

Anna Duce is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Proxy, and she has almost 25 years of international management experience in high-tech companies. Previously, Anna held senior business development positions at Ernst & Young (Cap Gemini), Telecom Italia and CSELT, as well as being the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at Olivetti and Pirelli Telecom Systems, and the former President of Telecom Italia Ventures in Silicon Valley.

Alessandro Trovato

Alessandro Trovato is the Business Development and Systems Engineer Manager of Proxy. Over 30 years of experience in Sales at high-tech companies and Systems Integrators such as SESA France, CAP GEMINI and CISCO SYSTEMS. Technical expert and Manager in some of the most important and innovative Telecommunication projects in Italy throughout the evolution from SNA to Cloud computing, passing through X.25, ATM, Frame Relay and IP voice-video-data convergence.

Paolo Carbone

Paolo Carbone is a senior Presales Consultant and System Engineer, working in the Marketing team at Proxy.
With a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the “Politecnico di Torino” and University of Illinois at Chicago, he started his experience as a software system integrator in France (HP, Sagem and Alstom) and then as a network engineer at Telecom Italia Lab (now TIM) in Italy.
He joined Proxy in 2006 and has covered various positions, including: system and support engineer, project manager, product manager, also as an external consultant, and he has long-term experience from presales to support, selling solutions for Traffic Management based on Deep-Packet-Inspection (DPI), Network and Application Performance Monitoring, Business Intelligence applied to Network Analytics and Big Data management.

Domenico Iandoli

Domenico Iandoli is a Senior Consultant and, as Technical and Project Manager, leads PreSales, Design, Deployment and Operation of network services for Governments, Enterprises and Service Providers. With a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, he has worked in the Telco industry for almost 25 years (TELESOFT, ERICSSON and TELECOM ITALIA). An expert in VoIP, Contact Center Applications, Bandwidth Management, Wifi and Data Networks design having gained experience working for Vendors, Service Providers and System Integrators.
